Morpheus – ServiceNow Integration

The Morpheus platform is all about centralizing multi-cloud management and governance. Furthermore, reducing application provisioning times, cutting cloud spend and accelerating your hybrid cloud journey. Additionally, Another really important integration is with IT Service Management (ITSM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solutions. Morpheus has native integrations with ServiceNow, Cherwell, and Remedy.

We just put together a paper that discusses the Morpheus – ServiceNow integration use cases, their benefits, and how to take advantage of them in your environment. Furthermore, I’ll also touch on how to setup and get started with this integration.

The Integration Use Cases

• CMDB Integration. Provisioned and/or updated resources in Morpheus result in CI records being created and/or updated in ServiceNow respectively
• Approvals Integration. Provisioned resources (from Morpheus, or triggered from ServiceNow) will require approval from ServiceNow
• Incident Management Integration. Incidents that open and/or close in Morpheus will result in opening and/or resolving incidents in ServiceNow respectively
• Service Catalog Integration. Have Morpheus instances and application blueprints presented in the ServiceNow Self-Service catalog for consumption by entitled ServiceNow users
