Setting Up Custom CMDB Mapping Between Morpheus and ServiceNow

In this video, we cover how to set up custom CMDB (Configuration Management Database) mapping between Morpheus and ServiceNow. After establishing the configuration integration, Morpheus allows customers to create configuration items in the ServiceNow CMDB through the Morpheus integration. Whenever customers create an Instance from Morpheus, a corresponding configuration item is created in the ServiceNow CMDB. By default, a number of fields are populated in the CMDB table when these configuration items are created but customers may want to map custom fields from Morpheus to correlating fields in the ServiceNow table.
