About The Role
Morpheus is growing rapidly and needs to keep up with demand for new product marketing content for customers, sales, and partners. We are looking for a creative individual to join our team as a product marketing manager and content developer. The responsibilities include creating original content and collateral for our website and sales teams that includes copywriting, graphics, and technical work. The content developer must also adhere to SEO and presentation best practices.

To be successful as a PMM and content developer, you should have great communication, research, and teamwork skills.  Because Morpheus is a technical product that spans many domains it will be helpful to have a background and familiarity with technologies such as virtualization, hybrid cloud, and automation.  

In This Role, You Can Expect To:

  • Come up with content goals and strategies and pitching ideas to the broader marketing and sales teams.
  • Work with product management and engineering to map upcoming product release schedules to content deliverables
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to learn the platform and translate those learnings into simple-to-understand collateral and content.
  • Write new short form and long form content plus edit content developed by others to assure SEO and other best practices.
  • Manage the distribution of content through our various channels, including social media, web site, and marketing campaigns.
  • Work with Digital Agency to analyzing performance indicators and web traffic and determining the effectiveness of created content.


  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information systems, marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Experience in copywriting, graphic design, programming, or a related field may be advantageous.
  • Product marketing experience working with internal and external stakeholders to execute on content strategy
  • Strong working knowledge of content management software, including WordPress and In Design.
  • Bonus points for skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator or similar tools.
  • Good working knowledge of HTML and SEO.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
