Inside Sales Representative – Multiple Positions Open!

Morpheus is looking to grow its Sales Organization with the addition of an Inside Sales team. We are looking for Sales Development Representatives to drive an outrageous pipeline! Our technology is market-leading, and our people are the best. Come join the team!

What You’re Looking For:

  • Manage a large flow of incoming lead data for assigned territories
  • Support the assigned territories in sales initiatives, opportunities and account management
  • Execute on outbound campaigns to drive net new logos with a multi-touch approach consisting of emails, phone calls, and social outreach
  • Be the tip of the spear, talking to our prospects every day – discuss exciting tech and real-world benefits, successfully overcome objections and answer initial questions
  • Qualify leads, set meetings, and update our sales information
  • Track and deliver reporting on all lead conversion analytics

What We’re Looking For:

  • A successful background in inside-sales or outbound lead generation
  • Proficiency in gathering and analyzing data
  • Ability to recognize opportunities and qualify prospects – lead qualification, outbound prospecting and lead development management
  • Leadership capabilities to help develop and refine messaging and outbound campaign materials
  • Motivation and energy to perform at a high volume of activities
  • Excellent teamwork and problem solving mojo
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills – good listening, strong phone presence and OUTSTANDING interpersonal skills
  • Proven follow-up, time management skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Results oriented, capable of bringing prospects to the next step in the sales process
  • Other Preferences
    • 1-5 years related business experience, with emphasis in Sales
    • Bachelor’s Degree in business related studies
    • Experience with Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and Zoominfo
    • Strong Microsoft Office product skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
