Field Marketing Manager – Central & East

About The Role

Morpheus is growing rapidly and is expanding our North American field marketing efforts. The field marketing team executes regional events and campaigns that help move accounts through our sales cycle faster and more effectively. The Field Marketing Manager, Americas Central / East, will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver results, expand our local footprint, and drive top-of-funnel leads.

We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Can you take ideas from inception to execution and look for ways to improve and optimize each iteration? You should be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and constantly ensure your work is aligned with marketing, sales, and company needs. We want someone to think strategically and take a personal approach to marketing while also understanding your efforts ultimately need to be validated by data. We need someone who can help drive ROI reporting & dashboards by using Salesforce & Pardot. We also want you to have fun while doing it!

This position is remote-friendly, based within a major city of our central or east sales regions with a focus on the central and east territories.

In This Role, You Can Expect To

  • Deliver field and channel marketing across the Central / East sales regions
  • Work closely with regional Sales Directors to develop quarterly events and campaigns which will be closely aligned with our channel directors and largely tailored to the regional or national partners, immediate needs of local markets and their target accounts.
  • Execute geographically focused events, campaigns and activities focused on creating top of funnel leads and shortening the sales cycle for key accounts. You should have experience running events and campaigns both in person and digitally with and without channel partners plus collaborating with complimenting technology partners.
  • Introduce and test new styles of localized intent and account-based marketing strategies using LinkedIn, Tech Target, and other platforms.
  • Report on results of specific tactics as well as the breadth of the field marketing program in your regions by event / campaign using Salesforce, Pardot and Excel.

You May Be a Good Fit If You Have

  • 5+ years in marketing with experience in multiple marketing disciplines, including customer-facing events, digital campaigns, and email.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work closely with a geographically distributed sales team and collaborate closely across a dispersed marketing team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable in a range of environments from a C-level executive dinner to talking with IT nerds at conferences.
  • Ability to coordinate, manage, and execute multiple events and campaigns concurrently.
  • Ability to execute quickly with the ability to pivot projects as needs change.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and actively seek candid feedback from relevant stakeholders.
  • Travel across the Central / East region as needed for regional events and campaigns as well as elsewhere to support National events.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Pardot, and LinkedIn with ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Graphic design skills a plus.
