Analyzing Logs

[TRANSCRIPT]

Welcome to the Morpheus Minute. Today we’re going to take a quick tour of Morpheus Logging. The Morpheus Platform is engineered to provide a full suite of tools to manage everything from infrastructure to applications. Along with that comes Logging. Remember, Morpheus Logs are application aware and all logs from hypervisors, servers, containers, and applications are rolled up into an elasticsearch cluster. They’re searchable and actionable through the Morpheus UI. To view the Morpheus Log system, click “Logs” in the main Nav. The Log status page shows a synopsis of Logging status across log levels and time. The most recently logged messages are displayed at the bottom of the page. Click on each one to view the rest of the message. To search logs, type a query into the timeframe. You can optionally select a timeframe and a log level. Click the magnifying glass to run the query. That’s it! Thanks for watching this Morpheus Minute.
